HW Project Consulting is a Sweden-based management consulting company specializing in the preparation, implementation, and management of publicly funded projects. While the company itself has two years of formal operation, it is led by a team with over 20 years of combined experience in managing and coordinating large-scale collaborative research initiatives under the EU funding framework, including Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, ECSEL JU, KDT JU, Erasmus+, Creative Europe, and various national programs. As part of an extensive European network, including SMEs, large enterprises, academia, NGOs, and public organizations, HW Project Consulting facilitates networking and builds strong consortia tailored to the specific needs of each project.
